As a passionate advocate for impactful business, Tiina Saukko (MSc Econ.) has spent nearly three decades exploring value chains, business ecosystems, and the multiple dimensions of sustainability. With a track record of driving growth in various sectors, they bring a wealth of experience gained across Finland, the UK, Eastern Africa, Sri Lanka, India, and Ukraine. Tiina’s leadership is grounded in their commitment to creating lasting change through sustainable practices, a philosophy that led to the founding of Infine. Their vision is to integrate sustainability into the core of business operations, helping companies thrive while making a positive impact on the planet.
Chief Operations Officer
With over 20 years of experience across funding, human rights, and international development, Ritka Harju brings depth of expertise in development and research functions and international growth of Infine. Formerly the Funding Director at Finn Church Aid (FCA), Finland’s largest humanitarian organisation, Ritka led the establishment of FCA’s office in the USA and initiated FCA Investments Ltd., an investment fund supporting impactful projects. Her passion for sustainability stems from her early roles in the banking and ICT sectors before transitioning to the NGO sphere with Amnesty International.
Ritka is known for her ability to forge strong, influential networks, both in Finland and internationally. Her skills in organisation, strategic communications, and funding acquisition support both our Sustainability and Growth teams, embodying Infine’s values of integrity, vision, and tangible impact.
Chief Financial Officer (part time)
Kirsi (MSc Econ.) has extensive experience across various industries, having led the financial departments of multiple growth companies. She thrives in environments where change is constant, and her expertise includes guiding businesses through stock exchange listings on various marketplaces. Currently, Kirsi is an entrepreneur providing financial services and is helping Infine grow by ensuring its financial operations remain clear and efficient. She is proud to be part of Infine’s journey towards creating a more sustainable world.
Customer Success Lead
Annukka (MSc Econ.) is a seasoned professional in sales, customer relationship management, and HR, with a focus on leveraging modern tools and automation to manage the entire customer lifecycle. She has played a key role in establishing the Vaasa Entrepreneurship Society and organising Vaasa’s largest entrepreneurial event, Harvest. Annukka has a strong interest in social change, corporate social responsibility, and cultural anthropology, which informs her holistic approach to customer success and relationship building.
