When Reitan Convenience gets theirs, you get yours.
Reitan Convenience has access to its own analysis views as part of its service. Your purchase gives your company access to the corresponding analyses concerning your company and applicable products. These are not shared with other suppliers or retailers.
The analyses are for your company’s internal work and discussions with Reitan Convenience. External reporting, public claims, marketing, resale, use in relation to other customers or retailers, and other purposes unrelated to your relationship with Reitan Convenience are not included.
Access renews annually unless you cancel at least 30 days before renewal. If your turnover changes, your tier updates at renewal.
Risk applies to every supplier. Evaluation and CO₂ apply only to products sold by Reitan Convenience: Evaluation where relevant Code of Conduct criteria apply, and CO₂ for food and drink products. You receive the analyses that apply to what you supply.
Your products sold by Reitan Convenience. Products sold in 2026 are included first; after that, products sold during the previous rolling twelve-month period. The order terms set this out in full.
Your analyses use whatever is in Connect: pre-filled data, plus what you correct and add. If data is missing or incomplete, some results may also be incomplete. Updating your data updates the relevant analyses.
So you get your analyses when Reitan Convenience gets theirs, rather than after. Your 12 months start when the first one opens, not when you order – so you lose nothing by ordering early.
Reitan Convenience has commissioned the analyses concerning your company and products for their own use and reporting. The access fee gives your company access to the corresponding analyses in Infine Insight, covering your own company and products.
The data you submit is used to support Reitan Convenience’s product and supplier evaluations, including alignment with relevant Code of Conduct criteria, product-level CO₂ calculations where applicable, and due diligence and value chain transparency.
The fee is for access, not per analysis. Pricing follows company turnover so it stays proportionate. You receive everything that applies to what you supply.
You don't need to be logged in to place an order, but your company must already be an invited Reitan Convenience supplier. If you don't yet have access to your company's Infine Connect account, you can ask an existing Admin to invite you, or Infine can help set up your access after the order.
