JCDecaux and Ostavastuullisesti.fi Continue Partnership for Finland’s Most Sustainable -Competition.

The global market leader in outdoor advertising, JCDecaux, has been a partner of the Ostavastuullisesti.fi website and Finland’s Most Sustainable Product competition since the platform’s launch in 2020. This collaboration will continue in 2024.

The Ostavastuullisesti.fi website and Finland’s Most Sustainable -competition aim to make consumers’ everyday lives easier by increasing the visibility of products and services that operate responsibly. A more sustainable future can only be achieved through collaboration, and promoting the visibility of responsible products is crucial for expanding sustainable product selection. The advertising visibility awarded to the winners highlights the work done towards sustainability for each product and service.

All products on the Ostavastuullisesti.fi website are evaluated across multiple dimensions of sustainability. Each product and service on the site has been approved by the Sustainability Panel, which is composed of leading professors and researchers in the field.

The Finland’s Most Sustainable -competition is held among all the products featured on the Ostavastuullisesti.fi website. In 2024, JCDecaux will provide the winners with nationwide outdoor advertising visibility across the 16 largest cities in Finland for the entire following year.

The application period for next year’s competition is now open.

New Label for All Products and Services on the Platform

Competition participants will also receive Infine’s newly launched “Osta vastuullisesti” (Buy Responsibly) label, which is designed to highlight verified sustainability. The right to use the label is granted to all products that pass the curation by the Sustainability Panel and are featured on Ostavastuullisesti.fi. Together with consumers and companies, the aim is to gather all sustainable products sold in Finland on the Ostavastuullisesti.fi platform and in the Finland’s Most Sustainable Product competition.
